IP Riserless Licences on 40692 Series USB Memory Sticks

The Riserless IP video door entry system from Vimar directly forwards video door entry calls from the outer door entry panel to your smartphone or tablet via the Vimar 'Video Door app'. There is no need for a physical internal unit in the apartment. This is possible by using the 40165 Gateway and installing a license kit for audio/video calls.

IP Riserless System Audio/Video Licences

The 40692 Series USB memory devices contains IP license activation codes for the Vimar Elvox Riserless IP system, enabling audio/video call forwarding to mobile devices and access any video surveillance cameras installed.

These USB storage devices contain the code for activating one or more virtual apartment licences on Riserless systems (systems with at least one IoT Gateway 40165).

• 40692.100 - Contains 100x IP Riserless License

Activation is done via the Video Door IP Manager software (via local network) or the Vimar VIEW portal (remotely). Connect the device to the PC, open the file named licence.txt, copy the activation code and enter it in the dedicated window of the program used: for further details please refer to the Video Door IP Manager and/or the Vimar VIEW portal manual. When an activation code has been used to load the corresponding licences on an IoT Gateway (40165), the code will no longer be available for use.

To transfer licences onto another IoT Gateway device (40165), you will therefore need to contact Vimar Technical Support. A licence is required to be activated for each apartment that you wish to fit with a Riserless IP video door entry service within the system.
