BT-RimWired Bluetooth Smart Rimlock The BT-RimWired Bluetooth Smart Rimlock is a secure, convenient and durable Rimlock for any entrance door.

This device can provide secure and convenient control of your residential and commercial office / warehouse doors. The BT-RimWired not only allows you to unlock your RIM lock by a conventional metal key; it also provides a free advanced mobile App for secure App Unlock and sharing key and monitoring door activities log functions or simply using the Key Fob (optional item).

EZSmart App allows you to grant or revoke access to a third party’s smartphone by secure QR Code or email. This virtual ekey cannot be duplicated or transferred to other devices. With GPS function and correctly calibrating the EZSmart App, the App can identify indoor and outdoor areas. This will prevent accidentally unlock from "Near-Field unlock function".

In addition, you can assign temporary authority for a guest to visit your house via the Mobile App without giving them the real physical keys.

Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Raytel Security Systems offers a next working day delivery service to our UK customers on orders placed before 4pm (subject to stock availability). These non-timed deliveries will normally be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day. For our overseas customers - please check with our Customer Services for your expected delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

Upon acceptance of a Customer Order, Raytel Security Systems will at all times endeavour to satisfy the contract in terms of: technical description, quantity and quality of goods, correct packing, adherence to agreed prices and delivery schedules and any special conditions which may be pertinent. Should a customer need to return goods to Raytel Security Systems they must first obtain a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) from our Customer Services department - please telephone +44 (0) 1245 428510.

Returned goods will NOT be accepted without a RMA number.

Products supplied with a tamper proof seal cannot be returned if the tamper proof seal is broken. If the tamper proof seal has been broken, the products can only be returned in line with your legal rights. Our products are covered for faults by our guarantee. This excludes faults caused by neglect, accident, misuse, failure to follow the instructions or wear and tear. If you are experiencing problems with the installation or operation of any of our products, please contact our technical support who may be able to resolve any technical issues you are having.
