Why buy from Raytel Security Systems?

We have been successful trading since we were established in 1979. We offer full after sales support, are BSi Certified to ISO9001 since 1991 and have an extensive range in stock.

How do I return a product?

You will need to contact our Customer Support team who can raise a RMA number for you and talk you through the returns process. Please note that Raytel Security Systems will not accept any returned goods without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for more details.

What if I want an exchange or want a refund?

How do I make a complaint?

We are committed to supplying high-quality products and providing excellent Customer Service. If for any reason something does go wrong, we would like the opportunity to try and put this right for you.

The quickest and easiest way to have your issue resolved would be to call us on one on +44 (0) 1245 428510, however if you would like to email us please use our Contact Us form.  We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)..

Please have any pertinent Quotation, Order, Order Acknowledgement and Delivery information to hand so that we can get to the bottom of the problem for you as soon as possible. (For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from Raytel Security Systems offices may be recorded and monitored.)
